Kikanza has written four books, published by Corwin books. I asked her which would she recommend as a starting point for our community. She replied “I recommend Fish out of Water. Fish is about creating cultures of belonging. How can you create an inclusive culture? What are the many ways people get pushed to the margins, what can you do about it.”
A take away from our recent webinar might be to ask not if I supports racist systems, but how.
