Description
Healing processes rooted in restorative justice offer spiritual communities a transformational way to address harm without shame and blame.
In this upcoming webinar, a sexual harassment scenario and role play will be used to demonstrate the opening steps of a restorative process, bring forward questions, and inspire possibilities.
Caution: While the scenario we will work with is fictional, it reflects an all too common reality and the lived experience of many people. Because of this, some people find scenarios involving sexual harassment triggering. If this applies to you and you are interested in participating, please practice good self care.
Our intention is to demonstrate that the respect and integrity of the process can encourage both those harmed and those primarily responsible for the harm to participate for their own well-being and that of the community.
Though not essential, we strongly advise anyone who joins this webinar to review the earlier webinar A Restorative Justice Approach to Accountability and Repair from April 15, 2024.
