Join the ASI

Membership Introduction

ASI supports a new paradigm of spiritual leadership, one rooted in genuine self-awareness, mutual support, and integrity lived from the inside out. Join us in building a culture where ethical leadership is not an obligation but a natural expression of who you are.

Becoming an ASI member means you are ready to bring the same commitment to your own growth that you ask of those you lead. It means choosing genuine peer community, ongoing education and support, shared accountability, and the kind of honest conversation that makes integrity sustainable over the long term.

Spiritual Leader Membership

Spiritual Leader Membership is open to anyone in a position of spiritual leadership, whether you work online or in person, one-to-one or with groups. If your work guides others toward greater awareness, wellbeing, or meaning, this membership is for you. Our membership includes:

  • Spiritual teachers (both independents and lineage holders)

  • Meditation and dharma teachers

  • Yoga instructors

  • Spiritual counselors, coaches, and therapists

  • Religious clergy (priests, ministers, rabbis, imams, swamis, roshis, lamas, etc.)

  • Spiritual community leaders and influencers

  • Authors on spiritual topics

  • Spiritual bloggers and podcasters

Note: Content creators who don't work directly with clients must have at least 250 followers to qualify.

Organization Membership

Organization membership is open to any organization or community whose purpose is spiritual in nature, including retreat centers, sanghas, churches, yoga studios, and other venues that host spiritual events, classes, or workshops.

If you are joining as both a spiritual leader and an organization, simply submit two separate applications.

Not in a spiritual leadership role yourself? You can still be part of the change.

As an ASI Supporter, you are standing for a culture of spiritual leadership that is honest, accountable, and genuinely committed to the wellbeing of those it serves. You are joining a growing community of people who believe that integrity in spiritual life matters, and who are willing to say so.
