In this meeting, together we shared our experience and supported each other in community in regards to the current pandemic.
As spiritual leaders we hold space for others. This meeting is where we give space to ourselves, taking the time to check within and share our personal challenges of being a leader in these unprecedented times.
Let us use our meeting time to also identify the gifts we are experiencing. How can we adapt our lives, going forward, so that we can incorporate what is rich and fruitful during this time?
This meeting did not have a presenter; it is a time for us to speak with colleagues, to share and to explore how we are doing individually and communally, and to acknowledge who and what needs support during these challenging times.
